Jade Leaf’s matcha tea is flavourful, clean tasting, and certified organic. Using ceremonial grade for matcha latte may seem a little extravagant but peace of mind due to it being lab tested for pesticides, microbes, heavy metals and radiation, may be worth it, since this is a health food. It is grown on family run tea farms, across Japan’s main growing regions, which are organized into a farming collective called the Kizuna Tea Company. When I drink my pure green matcha I often send waves of gratitude to the farmers who have so lovingly applied their expertise to grow these teas, for well over a century.
